LESSONS

Each lesson consists of five audio-imagery activities which guide participants  in creating mental images or a series of imagined events in order to reflect on their situations, emotions, and/or ideas.  The participants are then encouraged by the classroom teacher to express his/her reflections through writing or art.     
      Participants progress at the speed they choose. Understanding that "the process is as important as the finished product" is a key concept. This process of interpretation of sensory input is perception. Participants classify their world through their five senses, and attach language concepts to their perceptions.
